What made you get into Rock N' Roll?
Didn't
really have a choice in the matter. Rock and Roll has been my passion
since I was a very young lil shit. When something can affect your
whole being by a simple lyric or by a sound made on some crappy
guitar you know it's something important. I can't play a note but
I rock at the other side of this coin, I try to contribute to the
industry as much as I can my own way.
What was your
first rock concert and what was the experience like for you?
Haha....fuck do I have to answer this. Wish it was something
cool but unfortunately it was Poison (Unskinny Bop Tour) The
experience sucked because Jani Lane was sick and Warrant didn't
show up to do their synchronized boy band moves.
What is your five all time
favorite albums (CDs)?
1 - Cold (Year of The Spider)
2 - Marilyn Manson (Anti-Christ Superstar)
3 - Alice in Chains (Any Album)
4 - Union Underground
5 - Pantera (Any Album)
Who are your five favorite bands?
Right now....definitely
DOPE, Celldweller, SOIL, COLD and FlyLeaf
What is your all time favorite song and why?
Honestly... this changes daily. Shitty answer but so true. Those
who know me, know my mood changes by the fucking second, so obviously
my favorite song will change to suit my mood. Right now... I'd
have to say my fave is "Only" by Nine Inch Nails.
Do you play
an instrument? If so, what & how long? Also are
you in a band, who is it?
Denied...
I got no skills. *hangs head in shame*
If
you can go back in time, who would you like to have seen perform
live?
Elvis - GODDAMN!
If you could put the ultimate
rock show together with three bands, who would it be? Elvis
Nine Inch Nails
The Stones
Do you think there's any bands
out today can make rock n' roll big in the mainstream again?
I think there are many. But I don't think making it mainstream
is important honestly. When that happens it loses alot of what
makes it good Rock and Roll. Everyone will try to copy it and take
a piece of it, and then it will be just part of the machine, and
lose a lil of the nature that is Rock and Roll.
What do you think rock n' roll is missing today? Originality
and Passion...
What is your definition rock n' roll?
Rock and Roll to me is something meant to be little darker in
music. Where there is a little bit more naughty then nice. The
edge with Rock and Roll is that it isn't supposed to fall into
the norm, it should be different, it should be a dirty, heavy,
rough, sexy and most of all loud. Another way I like to describe
good Rock and Roll - Music that I can listen to sitting outside
with a raging fire and drink some beers with friends.
Any last words or thoughts about rock n roll? I
love it, I live it, I can't BE without it.
